Initiative Group Alpbach Sarajevo is hosting a presentation of European Forum Alpbach 2012 scholarship program and training “How to apply for an EFA scholarship?”
The presentation will take place at the Faculty of Economics in Sarajevo on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at 18:00h, room 9.
European Forum Alpbach (EFA) is one of the most respected European interdisciplinary conferences, which takes place in a beautiful village of Alpbach (Austria) since 1945.
The Forum gathers Nobel Prize winners, professors, experts, politicians and diplomats, as well as young people through the scholarship program.
The Forum will be held from August 16 – September 1 , with main topic: “Expectations – The Future of the Young”.
The formal EFA structure consists of several parts: Seminar Week (a week of intensive courses/ seminars with most actual topics), Alpbach Summer Schools on European Integration, Summer School on European Health Care and Social Systems in Transition, as well as symposiums for variety of disciplines (economy, health care, technology etc.).
Even though the program is divided in symposiums and summer schools, the Forum supports scholarship applications for the entire event. The scholarships are available to students and young graduates until the age of 30. The call is open until May 8.
